Pay for Performance Incentive Sysrems and Organizatinal : Performances in a Illumination Lamp Company : a Survey Study

This paper explores the relationships between the design and use of pay-forperformance incentive systems and some outcome measures. Analyzing 158 questionnaire survey data in a illuminationlamp company, we find evidence that the design and use of pay-for-performance incentive system indeed affect employees' satisfaction and their business operations.
