This study was replication research from Nakai & Shoji's study (2006a), and examined factors contributing to junior high school students' trust in teachers. Participants were 140 junior high school students. They answered questionnaires about their trust in teachers (sense of security, distrust, and validity of teacher's behavior), social support from teachers, their parents' trust in teachers, and a sense of basic trust. Social support and parents' trust in teachers were significantly correlated with sense of security, distrust, and validity of teacher's behavior.
