However,PC bridge in which it is located near the seashore shows the example which PC tendon fractured by damage from chloride attack.\nThe damaged PC-tendon may lead not only to the reduction of pre-stress but also structural collapse of the bridge. In this research, the authors have further developed a method of measuring the existing stress state of the PC bridges by stress relief method and optical measurement techniques. The latter is a non-contact and full-field measurement method whereby the displacements on the structure are captured and used to analyze the stress state of the structure. However,PC bridge in which it is located near the seashore shows the example which PC tendon fractured by damage from chloride attack. The damaged PC-tendon may lead not only to the reduction of pre-stress but also structural collapse of the bridge. In this research, the authors have further developed a method of measuring the existing stress state of the PC bridges by stress relief method and optical measurement techniques.
