A Study on Characteristic of Residents and Area in Suburban Residential Distnet

On this study, we assumed that a high sustainable residential district has well-balance between male and female and residents of various age groups. We use the sex ratio and variation coefficient of age distribution as index. The form of the population pyramid is divided into 5 types. Next, the correlation between sex ratio and coefficientof variation of age distribution and various elements was analyzed. There are strong correlations between variation coefficient of age distribution and facilities except residence per house.
