The mean age of the crew annually increased as: Mean age=0.7958T+20.7794 where, T=A.D.-1955. The patterns of age distribution for factory workers annually changed, as the pattern of poisson-distribution varied with the probability, p, for example, the pattern of 1963 well agreed to that of p=0.15, that of 1966 to p=0.3 and then that of 1970 may be approximated to be the normal distribution of p=0.5. The remaining rate of workers X years after their engagement was roughly estimated as 1/X. The most part of workers were from Tohoku region and the prefectures of their homes in the order of percentage were Miyagi, 31%, Aomori, 16%, Nagasaki, 13%, Kochi, 12% and Hokkaido, 10%.
