Although it is important to foster the ability and teach the attitudes, it is more important to share the aspiration with teachers and students. In order to share such feeling, a teacher and a student need to understand mutually. This paper investigated the mutual understanding among students and teachers in Nagasaki University. The result revealed the issues describing below. 1) There exists a gap of mutual understanding between teachers and students. 2) These gaps have not changed for ten years. These result suggested that introduction of FD and student evaluation in university reform did not bring any advantage about mutual understanding between teachers and students. The further research should be carried out to encourage the mutual understanding., 長崎大学 大学教育機能開発センター紀要, 3, pp.43-55; 2012}, pages = {43--55}, title = {教員と学生における自己認識・相互認識に関する調査研究}, volume = {3}, year = {2012} }
