On the other hand, globalized society requires university to foster\nhuman resources corresponding to 21st century. Education in university needs to change\ndrastically in response to the requirement. Thus, education in university has to teach\nstudents not only knowledge and skill but also ability and attitude to learn actively.\nAlthough it is important to foster the ability and teach the attitudes, it is more important to\nshare the aspiration with teachers and students. In order to share such feeling, a teacher and\na student need to understand mutually.\nThis paper investigated the mutual understanding among students and teachers in\nNagasaki University.
