the special nursing home for elderly located in Nagasaki prefecture and
the classification of them, the analysis of the service-mind structure to
staffs by text mining approach is developed.
The six areas of the problems are classified. In each area, the frequency
of the problem-term is analyzed corresponding to the attribute of the
staff.
Especially, corresponding analysis related with adjectives and attributes
made clear, and the understandings to the service-mind structure
and the improvements to the management infrastructure are considered
