We focus on content, duration, and method\nof training implemented by ones in Thailand. To gather evidence, in five factories,\nwe conducted interviews and document retrievals.\nAmong the case of visited companies, they implemented orientation for labor\ncontract and safety in a similar duration. After the orientation, they implement initial\ntraining using various methods in accordance with their situation that they\nfaced. Four of them implement modern training and the medium-sized company\nimplements apprenticeship training.\nWe conclude that apprenticeship training is partly required because of economic\nand technical situation they. Due to decline of productive population and predictable\ndecrease of workload, they should transform their way of training into modernized\ntraining.
