| 内容記述 | In this note, I study the 3-stage distribution system, the system which consists of a manufacturer, a wholesaler and a retailer. At first, I survey the fundamental structure of the 3-stage distribution syste, comparing it with that of the 2-stage distribution system which has been analysed in the traditional literature. Secondly, I note the condition of retailed quantities and the possibility of lie-telling under asymmetric information, and I describe the collusion between the wholesaler and the retailer. Finally, I consider whether the manufacture could use the wholesaler as a role of a monitor in order to get private information of the retailer. | |||||||
