 note = {本研究は，過去５年間の放射線診療・治療における看護ケアに関する研究を概観し，今後の研究課題を明らかにすることである．結果，放射線治療における有害反応に関する看護ケアの研究が多かった．本研究の目的に合った20の文献について内容を分析した．それらの研究は，評価の方法に工夫がされていた．研究の質の向上を目指すものであった．しかし，サンプルの数が少ない，分類の方法に問題があることが，明らかになった．, The purpose of this study was to review previous research from the past five years and to develop a framework for nursing care for patients who undergo procedures that use radiation for diagnosis and treatment. In addition, the review was used to clarify future research issues. There were many studies of nursing care related to adverse reactions to radiation therapy. Twenty studies matched our research purpose and were analyzed using content analysis. Among these studies there were various methods for evaluation of nursing care. One characteristic that all of the studies shared was a commitment to improve the quality of research.
