Conventional enlightenment program was voluntary participation and it was difficult to measure program effect. On the other hand, lesson for garbage separation is practiced in the process of compulsory education and all of student in 4th grade are the target, so measurement of teaching effectiveness became possible. Not only the ability to separate garbage, but also understanding for the meaning of separation was deepened. Also, through the students, the subject of garbage was conveyed to their family and regions, in which we could expect the second ripple effect. It became clear that the lesson for garbage separation is very different from conventional enlightenment program in participation, effective measurement, and the second ripple effect., 地域活動に関する実践報告・論文・シンポジウム記録, 地域環境研究 : 環境教育研究マネジメントセンター年報, 3, pp.55-61; 2011}, pages = {55--61}, title = {筑後市の「ごみ分別授業」の実証と考察}, year = {2011} }
