The purpose of the present paper is to check the accuracy of the analytical approach which neglects compressibility and internal viscosity of water. Three different experimental models are made to evaluate the effects of cross-sectional shape and mass of model. Calculated natural frequencies coincide with the experimental ones. This fact is not true for damping constant.
