In this paper, we described the possibilities of the energy conversion with small exhaust heat. This conversion was made possible with the combined cycle which used the two working mediums NH3 and R114. In the expansion process of energy conversion cycle, R114 is becoming dry and NH3 is wet. These characteristics and the latent heat characteristics of vaperization of NH3 and R114 are effectively used in the cycle. As the calculated results of the two working mediums, the possibility of the energy conversion cycle with small exhaust heat are testified. The calculated heat engine efficlency of the cycle (T1=373K, T2=273K) with NH3 and R114 is 0.259.
