This technique consists of two measurements by Intersecting Kikuchi-line (IKL) method and ALCHEMI (Atom Location by Channelling Enhanced Microanalysis). The application of this new technique to (CuAu)85Pd15 ternary alloy with Ll0-type order structure is demonstrated. The occupation probabilities of constituent atoms on the crystal lattice sites have been given by these measurements.
