The boundarylayer equations for the vapor flow beneath the heated plate are solved, including the effect of the plate edge, using an integral method. The solutions obtained are examined for the cases of (i) the inclination angle of the vapor-liquid interface to be arbitrarily given at the plate edge and (ii) four combinations of profile shapes of velocity and temperature. For the former case, the maximum heat transfer rate can be obtained at the inclination angle of 90°. For the latter case, four approximate solutions for heat transfer rate are proposed in terms of Nusselt number at the inclination angle of 90°., 長崎大学工学部研究報告, 22(39), pp.109-114; 1992}, pages = {109--114}, title = {有限の下向き水平面から飽和液体への膜沸騰熱伝達(続報,伝熱面端部の境界条件および速度と温度のプロフィルが対流熱伝達に及ぼす影響)}, volume = {22}, year = {1992} }
