Each newly designed primer was able to amplify a species-specific fragment with a different size. Conditions for multiplex PCR were optimized to identify all five species in a single PCR. This method is a convenient tool for entomological field surveys, particularly in arbovirus endemic/epidemic areas where some of these species coexist.","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_2_description_63":{"attribute_name":"引用","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"Japanese Journal of Infectious Diseases, 63(5), pp.312-316; 2010","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_2_publisher_33":{"attribute_name":"出版者","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_publisher":"National Institute of Infectious Diseases"}]},"item_2_source_id_10":{"attribute_name":"書誌レコードID","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_source_identifier":"AA1132885X","subitem_source_identifier_type":"NCID"}]},"item_2_source_id_7":{"attribute_name":"ISSN","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_source_identifier":"13446304","subitem_source_identifier_type":"ISSN"}]},"item_2_text_62":{"attribute_name":"出版者別言語","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_text_value":"国立感染症研究所"}]},"item_2_version_type_16":{"attribute_name":"著者版フラグ","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_version_resource":"http://purl.org/coar/version/c_970fb48d4fbd8a85","subitem_version_type":"VoR"}]},"item_creator":{"attribute_name":"著者","attribute_type":"creator","attribute_value_mlt":[{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"Higa, Yukiko"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{}]},{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"Toma, Takako"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{}]},{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"Tsuda, Yoshio"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{}]},{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"Miyagi, Ichiro"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{}]}]},"item_files":{"attribute_name":"ファイル情報","attribute_type":"file","attribute_value_mlt":[{"accessrole":"open_date","date":[{"dateType":"Available","dateValue":"2020-12-22"}],"displaytype":"detail","filename":"JJID63_312.pdf","filesize":[{"value":"199.1 kB"}],"format":"application/pdf","licensetype":"license_note","mimetype":"application/pdf","url":{"label":"JJID63_312.pdf","url":"https://nagasaki-u.repo.nii.ac.jp/record/14522/files/JJID63_312.pdf"},"version_id":"6664691a-dd8c-4b0b-ac6e-97fcaf1e5b14"}]},"item_language":{"attribute_name":"言語","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_language":"eng"}]},"item_resource_type":{"attribute_name":"資源タイプ","attribute_value_mlt":[{"resourcetype":"journal article","resourceuri":"http://purl.org/coar/resource_type/c_6501"}]},"item_title":"A multiplex PCR-based molecular identification of five morphologically related, medically important subgenus stegomyia mosquitoes from the genus Aedes (Diptera: Culicidae) found in the Ryukyu Archipelago, Japan","item_titles":{"attribute_name":"タイトル","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_title":"A multiplex PCR-based molecular identification of five morphologically related, medically important subgenus stegomyia mosquitoes from the genus Aedes (Diptera: Culicidae) found in the Ryukyu Archipelago, Japan"}]},"item_type_id":"2","owner":"2","path":["36"],"pubdate":{"attribute_name":"公開日","attribute_value":"2010-11-30"},"publish_date":"2010-11-30","publish_status":"0","recid":"14522","relation_version_is_last":true,"title":["A multiplex PCR-based molecular identification of five morphologically related, medically important subgenus stegomyia mosquitoes from the genus Aedes (Diptera: Culicidae) found in the Ryukyu Archipelago, Japan"],"weko_creator_id":"2","weko_shared_id":2},"updated":"2023-05-15T18:49:20.409871+00:00"}
