| 内容記述 | Mckinley and Mone (2003) argue that existing organization theories are so incommensurable one after another that they do not have quality adequate for modern science. This paper tries to tackle this thesis theoretically as follows: to review it in detail, to compare the logical consistency among three schools, i.e., Uno school of Marxian economics, structural school of organization theory, so-called Chandlerian of business history, concerning the essence of vertical integration, and to point out the covert limitations inherent in three“hands,”i.e., invisible, visible, and vanishing. After all, we discuss a way to put the theories which Mckinley and Mone regard as incommensurable into order. | |||||||
