This research focuses on the framework (we call it ABC model) consisted of three elements : A, B, and C (Takahashi, 2007), i.e., A as in objectives or encounters, B as in environment or condition given, and C as in actor's talent or sense toward start-up. Through applying ABC to four cases, we aim to connect it to both AET (affective events theory) and social network theory. That is, how do C (actors as well as pre-nascent entrepreneurs) get positive affection with A interacting, or overcome their own negative attitude to start-ups? As B is changed to B' only by C itself, some resources relevant to new ventures will get together by C's effectuation. The four cases of interviews which were made in October - November 2014 and February 2016. All of them are not only founders but also managers of their own businesses running more than two years : a convenience store's owner-manager in his 40s, a cabaret group's owner-manager in his 50s, a certified public accountant office's owner-director in his 40s, and a restaurant's owner-manager in his 50s. In all cases, with applying ABC model respectively, we try to connect it to both AET and ANT., 経営と経済, 98(1-4), pp.1-23; 2018}, pages = {1--23}, title = {独立開業の過程}, volume = {98}, year = {2018} }
