Regarding the survey method, we used the nine survey items I prepared based on the target items in the nutrition / dietary life field of Health Japan 21, as indexes, and extracted the related descriptions from the curriculum guidelines and textbooks, and organized the contents. The subjects were curriculum guidelines and textbooks of elementary and junior high schools.
