{"created":"2023-05-15T16:41:14.783036+00:00","id":15819,"links":{},"metadata":{"_buckets":{"deposit":"25e0a92b-4ef5-4cb7-9173-cff46ef4146e"},"_deposit":{"created_by":2,"id":"15819","owners":[2],"pid":{"revision_id":0,"type":"depid","value":"15819"},"status":"published"},"_oai":{"id":"oai:nagasaki-u.repo.nii.ac.jp:00015819","sets":["29:68:69:1257"]},"author_link":["59067","59068","59069","59072","59070","59071","59066","59065"],"item_3_alternative_title_19":{"attribute_name":"その他のタイトル","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_alternative_title":"Suggestions for continuous nursing education on infection control: literature review of nurses' perceptions on the standard precautions."}]},"item_3_biblio_info_6":{"attribute_name":"書誌情報","attribute_value_mlt":[{"bibliographicIssueDates":{"bibliographicIssueDate":"2010","bibliographicIssueDateType":"Issued"},"bibliographicIssueNumber":"2","bibliographicPageEnd":"57","bibliographicPageStart":"51","bibliographicVolumeNumber":"22","bibliographic_titles":[{"bibliographic_title":"保健学研究"},{"bibliographic_title":"Health Science Research","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_3_description_4":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"最新知識及び技術の導入と質の高い医療サービスの提供を維持するために，医療従事者への継続的な現任教育の重要性が指摘されている．看護師は医療職者の大多数を占め，サービスの質を保証する実践の重要な担い手である．しかし，その一方で，教育背景，年齢，経験等が多様であり，適切かつ効果的な継続的現任教育が不可欠な集団であるともいえる．本研究では看護師が担う重要な感染予防対策であるスタンダードプリコーション（以下，標準予防策）に着目し，看護師の認識及び行動について文献検討を行った．看護場面の複雑多様さ，環境，看護師個々の背景等との関連において分析した結果，今後の効果的な感染管理現任教育の展開上有用な示唆を得た．看護師が標準予防策行動に至るには，知識・態度・実践の統合が重要であるという特徴を理解した上で，看護師の経験年数やキャリア背景の違いを考慮した継続教育の工夫を行なうこと；例えば経験年数の短い看護師には標準予防策の認識や具体的な実践方法に焦点をあて，経験年数の比較的長い看護師には，最新情報を取り入れ，知識を深めるような教育的アプローチが必要であることが明らかになった．また，効果的な教育方法として，教育・研修会には，最新情報を取り入れながら集合研修や個別研修を組み合わせ，繰り返して行うことの重要性が示唆された．更に，設備・個人用防護具の充実等環境整備や，周囲の理解や指導，啓蒙活動の必要性も指摘された．看護師の標準予防策の質を確保するためには，感染管理に関する現任教育でこれらの要点を網羅し，総合的にアプローチする必要があるといえる．　","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_3_description_64":{"attribute_name":"引用","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"保健学研究, 22(2), pp.51-57;
