 note = {在宅療養児が増加する一方，在宅ケアにおける人的・社会的・経済的問題も指摘されている．在宅療養を行っている児の養育者に対して在宅療養移行前後の不安や必要と考える援助についてアンケート調査を行い，在宅ケアの問題点を明らかにした．移行（退院）前には退院指導が行われるが，養育者は救急時の対処方法などの不安を抱えたまま在宅療養に移行している．移行後は在宅療養が長期化するなかで，経済的負担に対する不安が増加している．また，精神的ケアを求める声も多く，在宅療養移行前からの療養者・養育者双方に対する継続的できめ細かな心身のケアが必要と考えられた．, The numbers of children who need home medical care are increasing, on the other hand it is said that there are some problems as to the manpower, social and economic issues for their supporting system. The purpose of this study is to obtain information from persons bringing-up children by questionnaires concerning to the anxiety and the needed support before and after shifting to home medical care to elucidate the problems on child home care. Guidance was done before shifting to home care, but nursing persons left hospitals with anxiety such as how to deal with emergency care. After shifting to home care the anxiety for economic burden was increased during the long term home care.
