I then focused on a region that belongs to the latter category (Matsuyama district, Osaki city, Miyagi prefecture) and studied the possibility of developing tourism-oriented community enhancement. In this study, I organized the background, purpose, significance, and data of the development of tourism-oriented community enhancement, as well as the process to achieve the purpose, based on prior discussions; and then used the differences between the two categories of regions and requirements obtained from the definition of tourism-oriented community enhancement, as the framework for analysis.
