Aim: We evaluated the program’s effectiveness at improving children’s attitudes and identified what aspects required improvement. Method: This non-randomized, pragmatic evaluation had a comparative before-after design. The G-PAM comprised five 90-minute sessions. We assessed knowledge of psychopharmacology and employed several instruments including the Southampton ADHD Medication Behavior and Attitude Scale (SAMBA), Child Adherence Questionnaire (CAQ), and a Client Satisfaction Questionnaire, among others. \nResults: The intervention group consisted of 15 families (17 children) who participated in the program in 3 groups. The control \ngroup consisted of 24 families (24 children). Children in the intervention group showed improved treatment knowledge, a decreased SAMBA score for ‘resistance to medication’, and an increased CAQ score for ‘attitude toward medication’. Parents \nshowed an increased SAMBA score for ‘perceived psychosocial benefits of medication’. Both children and parents reported high satisfaction levels. \nDiscussion: The current psychoeducation program provides a new approach to improve the attitudes and behaviors towards \nmedication of children/adolescents with ADHD and their parents in clinical settings.","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_3_description_64":{"attribute_name":"引用","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"Acta medica Nagasakiensia, 62(3), pp.77-86; 2019","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_3_publisher_33":{"attribute_name":"出版者","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_publisher":"Nagasaki University School of Medicine"}]},"item_3_source_id_10":{"attribute_name":"書誌レコードID","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_source_identifier":"AA00508430","subitem_source_identifier_type":"NCID"}]},"item_3_source_id_7":{"attribute_name":"ISSN","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_source_identifier":"00016055","subitem_source_identifier_type":"ISSN"}]},"item_3_text_62":{"attribute_name":"sortkey","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_text_value":"01"}]},"item_3_text_63":{"attribute_name":"出版者別言語","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_text_value":"長崎大学医学部"}]},"item_3_version_type_16":{"attribute_name":"著者版フラグ","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_version_resource":"http://purl.org/coar/version/c_970fb48d4fbd8a85","subitem_version_type":"VoR"}]},"item_creator":{"attribute_name":"著者","attribute_type":"creator","attribute_value_mlt":[{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"Nagae, Masaharu"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{}]},{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"Tokunaga, Akiko"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{}]},{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"Morifuji, Kanako"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{}]},{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"Matsuzaki, Junko"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{}]},{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"Ozawa, Hiroki"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{}]},{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"Motoyama, Kazunori"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{}]},{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"Honda, Sumihisa"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{}]},{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"Hanada, Hiroko"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{}]},{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"Tanaka, Goro"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{}]},{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"Nakane, Hideyuki"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{}]}]},"item_files":{"attribute_name":"ファイル情報","attribute_type":"file","attribute_value_mlt":[{"accessrole":"open_date","date":[{"dateType":"Available","dateValue":"2020-12-18"}],"displaytype":"detail","filename":"ActMed62_77.pdf","filesize":[{"value":"587.2 kB"}],"format":"application/pdf","licensetype":"license_note","mimetype":"application/pdf","url":{"label":"ActMed62_77.pdf","url":"https://nagasaki-u.repo.nii.ac.jp/record/1665/files/ActMed62_77.pdf"},"version_id":"bda7a719-2166-46f8-9052-873e4a052dd0"}]},"item_keyword":{"attribute_name":"キーワード","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_subject":"Mental health","subitem_subject_scheme":"Other"},{"subitem_subject":"Nursing","subitem_subject_scheme":"Other"},{"subitem_subject":"ADHD","subitem_subject_scheme":"Other"},{"subitem_subject":"Adherence","subitem_subject_scheme":"Other"},{"subitem_subject":"Pharmacotherapy","subitem_subject_scheme":"Other"},{"subitem_subject":"Psychoeducation","subitem_subject_scheme":"Other"}]},"item_language":{"attribute_name":"言語","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_language":"eng"}]},"item_resource_type":{"attribute_name":"資源タイプ","attribute_value_mlt":[{"resourcetype":"departmental bulletin paper","resourceuri":"http://purl.org/coar/resource_type/c_6501"}]},"item_title":"Efficacy of a Group Psychoeducation Program Focusing on the Attitudes towards Medication of Children and Adolescents with ADHD and their Parents: a pilot study","item_titles":{"attribute_name":"タイトル","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_title":"Efficacy of a Group Psychoeducation Program Focusing on the Attitudes towards Medication of Children and Adolescents with ADHD and their Parents: a pilot study"}]},"item_type_id":"3","owner":"2","path":["159"],"pubdate":{"attribute_name":"公開日","attribute_value":"2019-04-05"},"publish_date":"2019-04-05","publish_status":"0","recid":"1665","relation_version_is_last":true,"title":["Efficacy of a Group Psychoeducation Program Focusing on the Attitudes towards Medication of Children and Adolescents with ADHD and their Parents: a pilot study"],"weko_creator_id":"2","weko_shared_id":2},"updated":"2024-04-16T05:25:18.902222+00:00"}
