Furthermore, GAD65 autoantibody-specific epitopes were also analyzed using GAD65/GAD67 chimeric constructs.Results: The prevalence of IAA, IA-2icA and ZnT8A in nGADA-positive patients was 26%, 15%, and 19%, respectively, which was significantly higher than that in nGADA-negative type 2 diabetes (2%, 2%, and 2%, P<0.0001). Among nGADA-positive patients, 38% had one or more of IAA, IA-2icA, or ZnT8A, and 15% had two or more of these autoantibodies, compared with none of the nGADA-negative patients (P<0.0001). Thirty-six % of nGADA-positive patients subsequently required insulin therapy, and high nGADA titer (log-rank P=0.003), middle epitope recognition of GAD65A (P=0.002), and the presence of one or more of IAA, IA-2icA, or ZnT8A (P=0.002) at diagnosis marked the risk for early requirement of insulin therapy. Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed the multiple islet autoantibodeis to be independently associated with the risk for insulin requirement (Odds ratio=13.77, 95%CI: 2.77-68.45, P=0.001).Conclusions: These results indicate that the determination of IAA, IA-2icA, and ZnT8A improves the prediction of a future insulin insufficiency in adult-onset autoimmune diabetes, which appears to be superior to GADA titer and GAD65A-specific epitopes.","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_2_description_63":{"attribute_name":"引用","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"Journal of Clinical Endocrinology & Metabolism, 95(2), pp.707-713; 2010","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_2_publisher_33":{"attribute_name":"出版者","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_publisher":"The Endocrine Society"}]},"item_2_relation_12":{"attribute_name":"DOI","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_relation_type":"isVersionOf","subitem_relation_type_id":{"subitem_relation_type_id_text":"10.1210/jc.2009-1733","subitem_relation_type_select":"DOI"}}]},"item_2_rights_13":{"attribute_name":"権利","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_rights":"Copyright c 2010 by The Endocrine Society"}]},"item_2_source_id_10":{"attribute_name":"書誌レコードID","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_source_identifier":"AA00695484","subitem_source_identifier_type":"NCID"}]},"item_2_source_id_7":{"attribute_name":"ISSN","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_source_identifier":"0021972X","subitem_source_identifier_type":"ISSN"}]},"item_2_version_type_16":{"attribute_name":"著者版フラグ","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_version_resource":"http://purl.org/coar/version/c_ab4af688f83e57aa","subitem_version_type":"AM"}]},"item_creator":{"attribute_name":"著者","attribute_type":"creator","attribute_value_mlt":[{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"Kawasaki, Eiji"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{}]},{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"Nakamura, Kan"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{}]},{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"Kuriya, Genpei"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{}]},{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"Satoh, Tsuyoshi"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{}]},{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"Kuwahara, Hironaga"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{}]},{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"Kobayashi, Masakazu"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{}]},{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"Abiru, Norio"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{}]},{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"Yamasaki, Hironori"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{}]},{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"Eguchi, Katsumi"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{}]}]},"item_files":{"attribute_name":"ファイル情報","attribute_type":"file","attribute_value_mlt":[{"accessrole":"open_date","date":[{"dateType":"Available","dateValue":"2020-12-23"}],"displaytype":"detail","filename":"JCEM95_707.pdf","filesize":[{"value":"181.2 kB"}],"format":"application/pdf","licensetype":"license_note","mimetype":"application/pdf","url":{"label":"JCEM95_707.pdf","url":"https://nagasaki-u.repo.nii.ac.jp/record/17013/files/JCEM95_707.pdf"},"version_id":"804f2898-2abb-45d9-8e3c-8088f819248d"}]},"item_keyword":{"attribute_name":"キーワード","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_subject":"Autoantibodies","subitem_subject_scheme":"Other"},{"subitem_subject":"Epitope","subitem_subject_scheme":"Other"},{"subitem_subject":"Insulin","subitem_subject_scheme":"Other"},{"subitem_subject":"Japanese population","subitem_subject_scheme":"Other"},{"subitem_subject":"Prediction","subitem_subject_scheme":"Other"},{"subitem_subject":"Type 1 diabetes","subitem_subject_scheme":"Other"},{"subitem_subject":"Zinc transporter-8","subitem_subject_scheme":"Other"}]},"item_language":{"attribute_name":"言語","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_language":"eng"}]},"item_resource_type":{"attribute_name":"資源タイプ","attribute_value_mlt":[{"resourcetype":"journal article","resourceuri":"http://purl.org/coar/resource_type/c_6501"}]},"item_title":"Autoantibodies to insulin, insulinoma-associated antigen-2, and zinc transporter 8 improve the prediction of early insulin requirement in adult-onset autoimmune diabetes","item_titles":{"attribute_name":"タイトル","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_title":"Autoantibodies to insulin, insulinoma-associated antigen-2, and zinc transporter 8 improve the prediction of early insulin requirement in adult-onset autoimmune diabetes"}]},"item_type_id":"2","owner":"2","path":["9"],"pubdate":{"attribute_name":"公開日","attribute_value":"2011-03-07"},"publish_date":"2011-03-07","publish_status":"0","recid":"17013","relation_version_is_last":true,"title":["Autoantibodies to insulin, insulinoma-associated antigen-2, and zinc transporter 8 improve the prediction of early insulin requirement in adult-onset autoimmune diabetes"],"weko_creator_id":"2","weko_shared_id":2},"updated":"2023-05-15T19:24:17.813227+00:00"}
