The slurry is rich in fertilizer component, so it is used as a fertilizer or liquid compost in some cases. In recent years, large-scale Methane Fermentation Plants that introduced by administrations are increasing. We have conducted field research on three plants; Nantan city (Kyoto pref), Yamaga city (Kumamoto pref), Ooki town (Fukuoka pref). The aim of this paper is to introduce these three cases and suggest that problems. Trough the case study we conclude that "Social Technology" (e.g. educate citizens and farmers, local production for local consumption) is necessary to promote a Bio-recycling Policy. It is a urgent task to establish of these methods., 長崎大学総合環境研究. 2008, 10(2), p. 25-35}, pages = {25--35}, title = {行政主導によるメタン発酵施設の事例調査}, volume = {10}, year = {2008} }
