 note = {For the aim of understanding of the service level at nursing spots in the special nursing home for elderly located in Nagasaki prefecture, the questionnaire survey to staffs and managers is researched and the service factors to the satisfaction of nursing spots are extracted and weighted. Especially, the hypothesis assuming that the services based on human respects are affected from the morale of staffs is verified. At the result, it is verified that the morale is latently concerned with the spot valuation (nursing satisfaction)．It assigns also that the morale improvement can give the elevation of the spot valuation.
