 note = {The management reform has being performed in the two municipallyowned hospitals (Nagasaki Prefectural Shimabara Hospital and Nagasaki Medical Center of Psychiatry) in Nagasaki prefecture, Japan since 2001．Nagasaki Prefectural Shimabara Hospital is general hospital and Nagasaki Medical Center of Psychiatry is mental hospital.
