The subjects were 14 healthy males, and the activities of, the gluteus maximus muscles, gluteus medius muscles, and tensor muscles of fascia latae were measured by rectified filtered electromyography. The measurement was performed in the bridging posture with the leg put closely (closed leg position) and at abducent angles of the hip joint of 0 degree (intermediate position) and 20 degrees (astride position). The activities of the gluteus medius muscles and tensor muscles of fascia latae were significantly high at an abducent angles of the hip joint of 20 degrees. The percent change was highest with the gluteus medius muscles. These results indicated that abduction of the hip joint during the bridging period improved the muscular activities around it, and in particular, increased the activities of gluteus medius muscles., 長崎大学医学部保健学科紀要 = Bulletin of Nagasaki University School of Health Sciences. 2004, 17(1), p.31-35}, pages = {31--35}, title = {ブリッジ動作訓練時における股関節外転角度の違いが股関節周囲筋の筋活動に与える影響}, volume = {17}, year = {2004} }
