 note = {本研究の目的は，地域におけるマルトリートメント（不適切な養育態度）の現状を知ることと，予防と早期介入における看護師の役割について検討することである．H地域A町の，子どもと母親に関わる専門職員10名を対象に，「親の不適切な子どもに対する態度」「子どもの問題と思われる行動」について，聞き取り調査を行った．その結果，発達の問題だけでなく，親の未熟さや親の孤立の問題など，親に対する精神的なケアの必要性が明らかになった．また，子どもの心理社会的発達の問題も繰り返し語られていた．現在は，まだ看護師が地域で育児支援を行う場は非常に少ないが，幼稚園で行った3回の育児相談では，平均6名が来談し，虐待予備軍と推察される母親や精神的なケアが必要な母親，医療的な助言と情報が必要な子どもなどの相談事例があった．このことから看護師と地域の子どもに関わる職種とが協働するネットワークの必要性が示唆された．, The purpose of this study is understanding present conditions of maltreatment in community and a nurse's role in prevention and early intervention. In H area A-cho, follow research about "maltreatment" and "children's problems" for ten members of specialist concerned with a child and mother. As a result, necessity of psychosocial cares for a parent immaturity of a parent or an isolated problem of a parent as well as a problem of development of a child. In addition, it was repeatedly told that a problem of psychosocial development for children. Although there are a very few seats a nurse still child rear support in community, in three times of nursing counseling for child rear in a kindergarten, an average of 6 mothers visited. In mother who came for consultation, there were counseling cases that child abuse potential and mother who need psychic care, counseling as a medical treatment and information.
