In H area A-cho, follow research about \"maltreatment\" and \"children's problems\" for ten members of specialist concerned with a child and mother. As a result, necessity of psychosocial cares for a parent immaturity of a parent or an isolated problem of a parent as well as a problem of development of a child. In addition, it was repeatedly told that a problem of psychosocial development for children. Although there are a very few seats a nurse still child rear support in community, in three times of nursing counseling for child rear in a kindergarten, an average of 6 mothers visited. In mother who came for consultation, there were counseling cases that child abuse potential and mother who need psychic care, counseling as a medical treatment and information.
