The α and β chains were isolated from Hb 3, and digested with trypsin. The tryptic peptides were isolated and sequenced by conventional methods. The alignment of these peptides in each chain was deduced from the homology of their sequences with those of human adult hemoglobin. The primary structures thus determined are compared with those of other primate hemoglobins., 長崎大学医療技術短期大学部紀要 = Bulletin of the School of Allied Medical Sciences, Nagasaki University. 1988, 1, p.43-56}, pages = {43--56}, title = {Primary Structure of Hb 3, a Major Hemoglobin, of Bonnet Monkey (Macaca Radiata)}, volume = {1}, year = {1988} }
