 note = {健康な幼児100名に，各種感覚モダリティの神経心理学的検査とneurological soft sign を組み合わせた包括的な神経発達評価を実施した．日本で標準化されていない項目については標準値を求め，評価法としての妥当性を検討した．　検査項目間の関連を順位相関係数により検討したところ，同一感覚系内の項目間の他に，異なる感覚系間でも有意な高い相関がみられた．視覚運動系と聴覚言語系，静的姿勢保持と視覚運動系，触覚識別とpraxisなどであり，神経系の発達過程における各種感覚系間の相互作用を考察する上で興味深いと思われた．, One hundred healthy children, aged 3 to 6 years were examined with a comprehensive neurodevelopmental assessment. The purpose of this research was to examine the validity of this assessment, as standard value of most items was not available in Japan. A significant relation was obtained not only between the test items in the same sensory modality but also the test items in the different sensory modalities, using rank order correlation method. It includes (1) isual-motor and auditorylinguistic system, (2) postural stablizing and visual-motor system, (3) tactile perception and praxis.
