 note = {精神科看護実習において，3年間にわたり同一患者を受け持つ看護の経過において，患者の対人間関係に改善がみられ，学生も患者の人間性をよく理解し，学習効果の向上がみられた．この原因の一つは，プロセスレコードを学生が作成しそれを検討して，患者への対応を考えた結果であろうと思われる．また長期入院の精神病者にとって若い健康な学生とのふれあいも，刺激材となって対人関係の変化となったと考えられる．精神科看護実習においてプロセスレコードの学生による作成は単に学生に看護技術の習得にとって重要であるばかりではなく，学生実習が患者の状態の改善へ導けたことは，看護教育上からみて，極めて重要なことである．, When student nurses were assigned to the same patients for 3 years in the nursing practice of psychiatry, the patients showed improvements in human relations, and students benefited as they better understood the personality of the patients. One of the reasons for these improvements is considered to be the preparation and evaluation of process records by the students, which helped with adjustment of their attitudes to the patients. The contact of the patients hospitalized for prolonged periods with young and healthy students is also considered to have stimulated modification of their human relations.
