Berry}, journal = {長崎大学医療技術短期大学部紀要, Bulletin of the School of Allied Medical Sciences, Nagasaki University}, month = {Mar}, note = {五島列島で出生した合併症を伴わない成熟新生児21名を研究対象に,日令,1,3,7,14日目の計4回NBAS評価を実施した.NBASの各クラスター値からパラメーターを求めて重回帰分析を行い,予測値と精神運動発達値との相関を検討した. その結果,Stateに関するクラスターと生後12,24か月の精神発達間,Reflexクラスターと生後6,12か月の運動発達間などで相関がみられた. 生後6か月以後の養育環境と精神運動発達との相関はピアソンの相関係数で検討した.その結果,3歳までは環境と精神発達,5歳では環境と運動発達間で相関が高かった., Assessment by B-NBAS was conducted four times on days 1, 3, 7 and 14 for 21 mature newboms without complication who were born in Goto Islands. Multiple regression analysis was performed using the parameters in each cluster of B-NBAS as variants, and the expected values and actually obtained values for mental development index and psychomotor development index were examined for possible correlation. A correlation was observe between the cluster of state and mental development (12 months, 24 months) and between the cluster of reflex and psychomotor development (6 months, 12 months), and between some others. The correlation of the nursing environment with mental development and psychomotor development after postnatal 6 months was examined by Pearson's correlation coefficient.
