Multiple regression analysis was performed using the parameters in each cluster of B-NBAS as variants, and the expected values and actually obtained values for mental development index and psychomotor development index were examined for possible correlation. A correlation was observe between the cluster of state and mental development (12 months, 24 months) and between the cluster of reflex and psychomotor development （6 months, 12 months), and between some others. The correlation of the nursing environment with mental development and psychomotor development after postnatal 6 months was examined by Pearson's correlation coefficient.
