@article{oai:nagasaki-u.repo.nii.ac.jp:00019151, author = {勝野, 久美子 and 福山, 由美子 and 西山, 久美子 and 浦田, 秀子 and 大塚, 健作}, journal = {長崎大学医療技術短期大学部紀要, Bulletin of the School of Allied Medical Sciences, Nagasaki University}, month = {Mar}, note = {近赤外線法を利用した体脂肪計(FITNESS ANALYZER BFT2000)の測定条件について検討した.その結果,10回連続測定による再現性は,プローブ当て続け,毎回当て直しいずれも良好であった.皮膚面からプローブが浮いた状態および直射日光下の測定ではかなり高値となり,皮膚面を布で覆うと低値となった.また当てる位置がヨコ方向にずれると値が変動した.しかし,測定者間,他者と自己測定,利き腕と非利き腕,プローブの当てる強さ,向き,屋内での遮光帯の有無,皮膚面の濡れ,温度,上腕部の圧迫による影響はほとんどなかった.BFT2000間の機器間差はほとんどなかったが,BFT2000と新機種BFT3000では3000による測定値が若干低く出る傾向があった., The test for manipulation of Fitness Analyzer BFT2000, an instrument for estimation of percent fat (%Fat) in human by near infrared spectroscopy. The instrument is portable in size, and is consisted of a probe (for radiation of infrared ray and reception of interactance spectra), a main system box (circuit, computer, key boad and display) and a band for shade. Near infrared interactance spectra are measured on the anterior biceps by using a probe with a band for shade, then the values of %Fat computed from the spectral data is indicated on the display. The reproducibility of the values by BFT2000 was assessed by CV obtained from 10 replicated measurements ; the results were satisfactory for practical applications. A space between the probe and the skin made the values for %Fat higher. The values were also affected when the position of the probe was shifted from a middle line of the biceps, and were lowered by covering with cloths on the skin surface to place a probe.
