We obtained the following results ; increase of %VC (p<0.05), FEV1.0%, %MVV, PaO2 (p<0.01), 6MD, and ADL score, but not of PaCO2. However, in grade V patients by Hugh-Jones' classification, CPT failed to improve their grade.
