These infants were divided by Group Ⅱ : the group given the mechanical ventilation less than for ten days (13 cases), and Group Ⅲ : the group given the mechanical ventilation more than for thirty days (9 cases). The assessment was enforced three times during a 48 week period at gestational age. Methods were enforced according to cluster method by Lester, the assessment items are divided into 8 clusters, and each cluster was compared and examined among three groups. In comparison with Group Ⅰ and Ⅱ, B-NBAS cluster scores and the development were lower in Group Ⅲ. Group Ⅲ infants were apt to show more sensitivity response than Group Ⅰ, Ⅱ infants were apt to show more sensitivity response than Group Ⅰ, Ⅱ infants.
