 note = {民間精神病院デイケア（以下DC）通所者55名を対象にDC開設後1年間における再入院者の実態調査を行い，その再入院要因について分析した．その結果，11名（20％）の再入院者がおり，さらに再入院群と非再入院群の種々の属性を比較すると，再入院群は単身者の占める割合が有意に高く，両親との同居率が低い．またDC通所前の入院回数が有意に多い傾向が伺えた．再入院群の抱える問題は症状，生活技能，家族の支持機能，経済面，社会的支持などと幅広く，一施設だけで対応するのは困難である．今後は地域内の様々な機関・資源と連携を取っていく必要がある．, We investigated readmission factors of 55 patients who attended the day care of a private psychiatric hospital during the one year since the day care was established there and analyzed factors related to readmission. Eleven of the patients (20%) were readmitted. Comparing various background factors between the readmitted patients and the non readmitted patients, there were significantly more patients living alone and fewer patients living with their parents in the former group. The number of hospitalizations before attending the day care was significantly larger in the former group. The problems of readmitted patients include various factors, such as their symptoms, social skills, family support, financial situation and community support, so it is difficult to deal with those problems in one institution.
