She was admitted to Zeshinkai Hospital to undergo a laproscopic operation, and was treated successfully with laparoscopic partial gastrectomy using an endoscopic stapling device and plastic T-fasteners for lifting the gastric wall. Postoperative course was very mild and she could be discharged within ten days. The tumor was l.2×l.5cm in size. The cut surface showed relatively soft, yellowish and encapsulated.
