University","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_3_description_4":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"呼吸理学療法施行中の慢性呼吸不全患者におけるQOLの経年的変化を調査する目的で，慢性呼吸不全患者10例を対象とし，江頭らのQOLアンケートを用いて2年間の間隔をおいて調査した．その結果，QOLアンケートの点数は60点満点中，平均で1回目43.2点，2回目45.9点とQOLはほぼ維持されていた．また，QOLアンケートを構成する個々の項目の変化を見てみると，高得点で維持されている項目や，変動が大きい項目など様々な変化を示していた．今後QOLを維持改善するため，QOL評価を継続的に実施し，全体的な変化だけでなく，それを構成する個々の項目の変化も考慮した呼吸理学療法をすすめていかなければならない．","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_3_description_64":{"attribute_name":"引用","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"長崎大学医療技術短期大学部紀要
