 note = {インフォームド・コンセント（IC）に関する看護学生の認識を明らかにする目的で臨地実習前後にアンケート調査を行った．その結果，　1．ICの概念に関しては，実習前後で有意差は見られなかった．　2．ICにおける看護婦の役割の必要度を点数化した際，全体平均は実習後に上昇した．　3．ICにおける看護婦の役割のうち，「医師から患者への説明に関する項目」において，実習後必要性が有意に増加した．しかし，「専門家として患者に助言」では，実習後必要性が有意に減少した．　4．看護学生は，臨地実習を通してICの重要性の認識はしているが，役割の困難さを感じていた．, This study attempted to clarify the awareness of student nurses regarding Informed Consent. The following results were obtained: 1.No statistically significant difference was observed regarding the concept of Informed Consent, based on their awareness before and after undergoing clinical nursing practice. 2.Regarding their awareness of the role that nurses play in obtaining Informed Consent, all average scores increased after undergoing clinical nursing practice. 3.The item regarding "doctors explanation to patients" was significantly increased after undergoing clinical nursing practice.On the other hand,the item regarding "advrce to patients by nurses" significantly decreased after undergoing clinical nursing practice. 4.All student nurses thus recognized the important role that nurses play in obtaining Informed Consent after undergoing clinical nursing practice, however, they also realized that nurses play was difficult., 長崎大学医療技術短期大学部紀要 = Bulletin of the School of Allied Medical Sciences, Nagasaki University. 1999, 12, p.35-39},
