An analysis of differences according to their years of experience has shown the following results: 1)Comparing the nurses having 1 to 3 years experience with those having 4 to 5 years experience and having more than 6 years experience, a significant difference was found in the average score of all the items. Examining each average score of every item, the nurses having 4 to 5 years experience had significantly low average scores in 30 out of 43 items and those having more than 6 years experience had significantly low average scores in 38 out of 43 items. Significant differences were seen in 3 out of 43 items between the nurses with 4 to 5 years experience and those with more than 6 years experience. In almost all items of the self-assessments of their clinical teaching, there were wide differences between the nurses with 1 to 3 years experience and those with more than 4 yeare experience. 2)Regardless of their years of experience, the average scores were high in the items concerning the relationship to their students or their teaching attitude such as \"tells students when she/he has done well\", or \"keeps self available when students are in stressful srtuations\" Examining the average scores according to their years of experience, the nurses with 1to 3 years experience had the high average scores in many items concerning the relationship to their students or their teaching attitude. The high average scores of the nurses having more than 4 years experience were found in the items concerning not only the relationship to their students or their teaching attitude but also practical instruction and the teaching method. 3)Regardless of their years of experience, the low average scores were found in the items concerning stimulation to the group dynamics of students to raise students' motivation such as \"Interacts well with students in a group situation\", or \"Permits freedom of discussion\", and the item \"is a good role model for students\". Considering according to their years of experience, the nurses with 1 to 3 years experience had low opinions of themselves in the items concerning stimulation to students' motivations. The nurses with more than 4 years experience judged themselves low in the item concerning the teaching method, \"is organized with clinical instruction\".
