If these patients are infected with methicillin-resistant staphihiliococcus aureus (MRSA), it is hard for them to cure. In particular, if they have respiratory infection, it is difficult for us to avoid hoipital infection. Because MRSA prevails with sputum and cough. So we decided to investigate a state of contamination in a ward where these patients were and to examine how to avoid hospital infection. There were thirteen patients who were infected with MRSA in the ward of internal medicine of H hospita. We collected bacterium from surroundings of these patients' beds with stamping and wiping them out. And we isolated MRSA from them. We also cimbined MRSA with twenty -five strain which was isolated from patients and carried out the experiment of coagulase type electrophoressis.
