The results indicated that the stroke patients and control showed normal function in the preattentive and focal attentional processes. However, the reaction time of presents stimulus on zero points showed delay in stoke patients, therefore visual peripheral processing were disordered. The patients with damage in the right brain showed significantly the delay in the reaction time of stimulus on the zero point compared with those in the left brain, therefore visual peripheral processing were disordered.
