University","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_3_description_4":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"耳鼻咽喉科領域における外来面接中の患者31名に対して問題点を整理分析し，面接開始後3年間の看護婦による介入方法について検討した。外来面接指導における問題点は心理，失声，栄養，呼吸，気管孔，疼痛，排泄，清潔，家族に関するもの，その他の10項目に分類できた．患者1人の平均訴え個数は5.0個でありそのうち95.4％が面接により改善した．また，退院時に医師が捉えた問題点数（18個）6名と外来面接時に患者が訴えた問題点数（156個）31名とに差が見られ看護婦による介入の必要性が示唆された．殆どの問題に永久気管孔による失声が影響していると考えられ，永久気管孔形成患者に対しては患者と共にキーパーソンヘの支援の必要性が明確になった．","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_3_description_64":{"attribute_name":"引用","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"長崎大学医療技術短期大学部紀要
