 note = {介護保険法のスタートまでわずかとなった．介護保険法の施行により，要介護者の生活の質（QOL）が向上するのかを検討した．日本訪問看護振興財団方式のアセスメントを使用してアセスメント・ケアプランの作成を行なった．その結果，財団方式によるアセスメントとケアプラン作成は要介護者の生活を向上させるのに有効だとわかった．しかし，介護保険法のサービス以外の二一ズ対応や，家族介護力の問題，心理精神面への援助，経済的負担の増加などいくつかの課題が明らかになった．, In this study, quality of life (QOL) of elderly people requiring community care services was evaluated. We assessed their needs using an instrument designed by Japanese Visiting Nursing Promotion Association (JVNPA). The degrees of disabilities of the subjects were also calculated by the way of Care Insurance System. A care plan for each individual subject was made within an amount of expenditure from the care insurance. Consequently, the instrument designed JVNPA was useful to assess the needs. However, there were some problems in making a care plan that services needed could not be covered by the care insurance when disabilities of the subjects became severe.
