 note = {長崎県内のパーキンソン病患者に対するリハビリテーション（以下リハ）の現状を把握するため、アンケート調査を行った．その結果，医療機関において理学療法士もしくは作業療法士からのリハ（医療機関リハ）を受けている者は23.1％と少なかった．また，医療機関リハを受けていない理由としては，近くに施設がないことや医療機関リハに対する情報が乏しいことなどが挙げられていた．また在宅サービスについての調査では，種々のサービスが周知されておらず，利用状況も低い結果であった．　以上から，パーキンソン病患者に対して，医療機関リハや在宅サービスを含むリハビリテーションに関する啓蒙や医療機関リハを受診しやすい体制作りが必要であると結論した．, We conducted a questionnaire survey on patients with Parkinson's Disease, regarding their rehabilitation in Nagasaki prefecture. The results showed the only 36.4％ of patients with Parkinson's Disease were rehabilitated via occupational therapy and/or physical therapy in a medical institution (i.e.: hospital, daycare service center, etc.). 63.6％ of the patients had not been rehabilitated because there were not a appropriate medical institutions available in their neighborhood, or because they had little information about rehabilitation services. 86.0％ of the patients did not utilize support services to improve their ADL at home, because they did not have enough information.
