The results showed the only 36.4％ of patients with Parkinson's Disease were rehabilitated via occupational therapy and/or physical therapy in a medical institution (i.e.: hospital, daycare service center, etc.). 63.6％ of the patients had not been rehabilitated because there were not a appropriate medical institutions available in their neighborhood, or because they had little information about rehabilitation services. 86.0％ of the patients did not utilize support services to improve their ADL at home, because they did not have enough information.
